Whether you in search of a comfortable dorm or a cozy private room, you will find what you are looking for at The Roof. Our rooms are clean, comfortable, and secure room as we have security cameras both outside and inside the hostel.

We provide various services including board games, laundry service (at an extra cost), towel rental, lock rental, TV with a DVD collection, luggage storage, lockers, high speed internet, hot showers, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own food.

The reception hours are from 08:00 hrs. to 22:00 hrs. after this time there will be an extra charge, please contact the property for more details.

Payment upon arrival by cash. Payment whit card an extra 5% charge is applied. 

Check in time starts at 14:00 to 22:00. (but you're always welcome to arrive early as we can store your luggage from 8:00 am). Please inform The Roof Backpackers in advance of your expected arrival time. 

We can accommodate check-in past 22:00 for an additional cost. Please contact us if late check-in is required. On extra reception hours an additional charge is applied.

Cancellation policy: 72 hours before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or a no show, you will be charged the full amount of your stay if you reserved a private room and the first two days of your booking if you reserved a dorm.

Parking fees: $80 pesos for a car daily $30 pesos for a motorcycle daily Same Check-in/Check-out rules as your stay.

Taxes not included +19% on prices.

No curfew.

Check out time is at 11:00 am. Room key return required at check-out. If keys are not returned at time check-out, an additional charge is applied.

A damage deposit of MXN 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

No age restriction - all ages welcome, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Friendly to the environment, property uses heaters and solar panels.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
